From time to time we hear about things that somehow don't just ring true. We can't build that because. . . [you fill in the blank.]
Sometimes it is a developer saying they can't put a second story on their big box retailer. Or they can't put the parking lot in the back--or underground. Sometimes it is about parking and how our community needs more of it. Or having a vernal pool on one's property must be a bad thing that will decrease value. These are all urban myths [or worse].
This is a site that pokes some holes in those balloons of false conventional wisdom.
